The First Month

 "Why do you have these stupid blue gloves on my hands? I can't even move my arms yet!"

Lucas had a touch of jaundice when he came home, and needed to sit in sunlight. Riley made sure no one messed with him. That, or she was jealous because he was near her "spot." Little did she know that about a year later, he'd be sitting on her head for fun. I'm not lying.
