A couple of our best friends came into town over the summer, and since they have 5 kids, we wanted to show off the Science Center, even though Lucas was a bit young for it (at only 10 months old).
Of course, he enjoyed crawling across the state of Missouri.
Reading facts about the ancient Earth...
...feeling an earthquake....
...but I think he enjoyed the bars and standing up on his own more.
Opening and closing things are fun...
...so are steam tornadoes.
Cranks are always cool too.
Of course, nothing is more fun than trying to take off on your own.
It was actually here where Lucas took his first steps from one bench to another.
...and he was DANG proud.
Of course, he thought he was now ready to push the stroller, rather than ride in it.
Maybe not yet. For now, let's just hold on to stuff.
