If you haven't picked up on it yet, our son is odd.
Yes, he's sitting in a laundry basket.
And yes, he's singing.
Erin's Mom gave Lucas a great gift for Easter. A handmade stool with blocks spelling out his name sawed off and placed on top, built into the stool. The blocks belonged to his great-grandmother when she was a little girl, so they are probably around 80-90 years old. To thank her, all I wanted to get was a picture of him on the stool--preferably smiling.
Here's what happened.
Take one: Foiled by dog butt.
Take two: Foiled by not knowing what he was actually sitting on...I needed to zoom out.
Take three: It became funny to run at me, rather than sit long enough for a camera click.
Take four: See take three.
Take five: Good enough.
So why is the dog's head between his legs, you ask?
Maybe because someone thinks it's funny to lay on top of the dog's toys. You know, just to make her crazy.
Sweet kid.
